About Us

Puggle Psychology is a part-time private practice offering comprehensive neurodevelopmental and psychoeducational assessments, professional supervision for psychologists and other professionals, and consultation services.

Our Location
Puggle Psychology is an independent psychology practice based in consulting rooms at Wellness on the Lane in Werribee. Administrative and reception support is provided by the Wellness on the Lane reception team, who are the main point of contact for appointments and billing, while all psychological services are provided by Puggle Psychology.

Conflict of interest
To avoid conflicts of interest, Puggle Psychology is unable to accept clients, or immediate family members of clients, who attend or work at Werribee Primary School or Tarneit Rise Primary School.

Jessica, a registered psychologist, has over 10 years of experience working within the Victorian government education system. Her practice is guided by a holistic, strength-based, neuroaffirming, and trauma-informed approach, with a commitment to understanding each individual within their broader context—recognising their unique strengths, experiences, and support needs to promote growth and wellbeing.

  • Member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. (AAPi)

Training & Professional Development

My practice is informed by ongoing professional development in evidence-based, relationship-focused, and neuroaffirming approaches, particularly in work with children, adolescents, adults, families, and the neurodivergent community. Relevant training includes:

  • Collaborative & Proactive Solutions (CPS) – supporting collaborative, strengths-based problem solving and proactive support
  • Berry Street Education Model – trauma-informed, relational approaches to supporting emotional regulation, engagement, and learning
  • Circle of Security – attachment-focused frameworks supporting emotional safety and secure relationships
  • Seasons for Growth (MacKillop) – grief- and loss-informed support for children and young people navigating change
