Supervision

Jessica is an AHPRA-approved Board Supervisor who provides supervision primarily in assessment (developmental, educational, and behavioural), understanding behaviour and supporting positive change, and school-based practice. Other areas of supervision can also be considered.

Jessica aims to create a safe and supportive space where supervisees can grow their skills, reflect on their practice, and build confidence in their professional identity. Her approach focuses on helping professionals feel confident, capable, and well-supported in their work. She encourages reflection, curiosity, and ongoing learning, tailoring each session to the supervisee’s goals and experience, with a focus on open communication, flexibility, and collaboration.
