Supervision

Jessica is an AHPRA-approved Board Supervisor who provides supervision and consultation to psychologists, provisional psychologists, allied health professionals, educators, and other professionals. Her areas of supervision include assessment (developmental, educational, and behavioural), understanding behaviour and supporting positive change, and school-based practice. Other areas of supervision can also be considered.

Jessica aims to create a safe and supportive space where supervisees can grow their skills, reflect on their practice, and build confidence in their professional identity. Her approach focuses on helping professionals feel confident, capable, and well-supported in their work. She encourages reflection, curiosity, and ongoing learning, tailoring each session to the supervisee’s goals and experience, with a focus on open communication, flexibility, and collaboration.

Supervision for registered psychologists, available as ongoing supervision or a once-off session, to support reflective practice, professional growth, and ethical professional practice.
Provisional Psychologists
Primary and secondary supervision for provisional psychologists completing the 5+1 pathway, including fifth-year university placements and the +1 internship. Jessica also provides secondary supervision for provisional psychologists undertaking other registration pathways. Supervision draws on extensive experience across school settings and private practice, with a focus on building confidence, assessment and intervention skills, and the practical application of psychological practice to support registration requirements.
Other Health Professionals
Supervision or consultation for allied health professionals, including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, counsellors, and social workers working in wellbeing, education, and multidisciplinary settings.
Other Professionals (including educators)
Supervision or consultation for educators and other professionals, including teachers, wellbeing coordinators, and school leaders seeking to strengthen their understanding of behaviour, inclusion, and student wellbeing.
