Jessica is a registered psychologist with 12 years of experience working in school settings across Melbourne’s western suburbs and supporting children, adolescents and adults in private practice.
Jessica has extensive experience supporting children, adolescents and adults across educational, developmental and psychological contexts. Her professional experience has included working with neurodivergent children and young people, learning and developmental differences, cognitive and academic functioning, emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and the interaction between an individual’s strengths, needs and environment.
Her practice is guided by a holistic, neuroaffirming, strengths-based and trauma-informed approach. This means taking time to understand each person’s experiences, communication style, strengths and support needs, while recognising that differences in how people think, learn, communicate and experience the world are not simply problems to be fixed.
Puggle Psychology particularly values working collaboratively with individuals, families and other professionals to develop a clear understanding of assessment findings, identify practical strategies and determine meaningful next steps.
